One of Australia's most well-known ska acts, Melbourne’s Sounds Like Chicken were a band reputed for their amazing live performances. After almost 8 years of playing, touring and generally running amuck the band announced their decision to call it a day in March 2007. Sounds Like Chicken released 6 CDs, some of which are out of print, others of which can be found at www.fist2face.com.au, www.jbhifi.com.au or www.sanity.com.au.
During their time, SLC toured and performed with acts such notable acts as Reel Big Fish (USA), Mad Caddies (USA), The O.C. County Supertones (USA), Crowned King (CAN), Killing Heidi, Gyroscope, Kiss Chasey, Area 7, Body Jar, The Exploders, Antiskeptic to name a few.
