TWIR (the wooden idols remixes) features remixes of improvisation as part of a larger ‘TWIRL(the wooden idols remixes layers) project’. For the TWIRL project improvisation of an ambient guitar (A. Bleicher) and cello (L. Campbell) based project know as Wooden Idols is remixed by TWIR. These remixes will be improvised over the top of and then remixed again by TWIR to create several layers…a parody of the remix culture and forced evolutionary process.
