Antiskeptic's debut album 'Memoirs of a common man' achieved glowing media reviews scored numerous hits and rotation on national broadcasters JJJ, MMM and Fly TV before scoring a place on the Hottest 100 with its 2nd single 'Called' and a busy festival season. Beat Magazine called it, “a triumph... spiritually uplifting, grandiose, ingenuous, professional and compulsively energetic" Melbourne’s The Age said, “This band knows how to keep it energised without losing a sense of catchy melody (a la Foo Fighters).” While Adelaide’s Rip It Up raved “nigh perfect melody-drenched guitar-based pop rock.”

Antiskeptic’s second album 'Aurora' threw off the shackles of “new indie band” and moved them squarely into the realm of competing on par with Australian music’s heavyweights. Blunt magazine wrote "one of the best records released by any Australian band this year. No make that any band this year…Diverse, compelling, powerful, melodic and heavy on intensity and drama, Aurora has great song after great song". Nothing to Say' was the first single out of the blocks, hitting hard at radio and it won the band a whole new legion of fans. Second single “Clear to Pass” also quickly became a favourite on Triple J debuting at the top spot in the Net 50. The national tour surrounding the album/single was also presented by the station with the single immediately being added to high rotation.
Third single Beautiful in White' was launched off the back of Antiskeptic's hugely successful 'Renegade Festival' which saw the band again hitting the road this time to packed all-age audiences across the east coast. The fourth and final instalment of the Aurora' journey was marked by a limited edition 7" vinyl release featuring crowd favourite 'More than Kind and a new track 'First Time Out' supported by a final trek from east to west of OZ.

The story continues in 2005 as the band works on new material and efforts shift away from touring and back to song writing and production for the forth coming third album.
