HyperCollider

HyperCollider is a hybrid pinball machine, particle accelerator and time-travelling gramophone player. Players can launch various fermions into the HyperCollider manifold, where interactions occur and particles become absorbed into a black hole in the centre of the device. As particles are pulled into the black hole, increasing spatial and temporal distortions occur. This is accompanied by a pop-science pop-music soundtrack, commencing in the familiar auditory territories of the 20th century, which become more chaotic as one moves into an increasingly uncertain future.
