Bastards of Glory

Bastards of Glory began over a discussion about getting together to record some music. Comprised of 3 accomplished San Diego musicians, a date was set and the trio started recording. In 1 weekend, BOG had 4 demo tracks and an ear catching sound that was not part of the mainstream Pop/Punk of the new millennium. The decision was made to continue recording a full length CD. With Jim Lilly on Vocals/Guitars, Joe Lilly on Vocals/Bass and Rob Alexander on Drums, Guitars and Vocals, a new, fresh sound was born. Pop, Punk, Country and Ska are all influences that naturally occurred during the making of Bastards of Glory, the self titled debut album. With catchy melodies and hooks abound, the music is guaranteed to catch the attention of the easy listening crowd or even the most hard core Punk audience. The lyrics are meaningful and to the point. All of this blended together makes a fantastic cocktail of in-your-face, melodic, groove oriented pleasure.
