Music has been reduced to defining fashion sensibilities. Punk, metal, hip hop; these things no longer imply a social perception or the path to change. They tell the sheep what clothes to wear. The lifeless flock once more swallows the shopping suggestions of their overlord masters. Anyone who sees no reason to reject or rebel is ignorant. And when you die no one will remember you or anything you did. Passion is the only thing that transcends the deluge of crap. Violence, hatred, love; you know nothing of these things. All you know is the flawed approximation scuttled into your home by your television. Think, dammit.
