Keenwild, the duet founded by Jeney Kingsbury and Bill Gould in the fall of 2002 have been playing shows all across the western USA gaining a strong fan base even before the advent of myspace. Bringing the songwriting talent of Bill to the vocal purity of Jeney the band has created some amazing songs like the melancholy 'Rivers', the party anthem 'Mr. Pete' and the dark 'Suicide Note'.

The band, thru extensive touring, has played some of the finest venues such as Modified Arts (phoenix, az), The Electric Theater (st. george, utah), The Rainbow Room (hollywood, ca), Ridglea Theater (ft worth, tx), 51 Buckingham (pomona, ca), The Alley (las vegas, nv), Chasers (scottsdale, az), Java Joz (murrieta, ca), Madlins (temecula, ca), Temecula CRC (temecula, ca), Water Canyon Coffee (yucca, ca), Beatnik Cafe (joshua tree, ca), Zia Records (tempe, az), Santa Fe Cafe (fullerton, ca) and The Dirt (las cruces, nm).

Keenwild have had the honor of playing shows with some of todays best bands like Neon Trees, Meg and Dia, HelloGoodbye, Steel Train, A Change Of Pace, You In Series, D.O.R.K., Halifax, Socratic, An Angle and Limbeck.

The band has also been fortunate enough to have played great events like Temecula Arts Festival, Earth Day at Lake Skinner, Redlands Race for the Cure, Temecula Tractor Race, Think Pink - a Breast Cancer Benefit, Temecula Music Fest, and Rancho Damicitas Group Home Kids Concert.

Jeney and Bill are currently writing new songs for a new album, but will continue to play shows, as the traveling and interaction with the fans and the towns is whats keeps Keenwild alive and looking toward another day.
